The Britain’s Got Talent judge isn’t one to shy away from saying what exactly is on her mind.
But, the star has now admitted her willingness to reveal all has landed her in trouble with her husband Chris.
Speaking to the Daily Star on Sunday, Amanda Holden said: “Much to my husband’s dismay, I confess something to a newspaper or something or other every week by accident or on Twitter.
“I have no more secrets because of social media and life in general. I wear my heart on my sleeve.
“Obviously there are personal things which I would not broadcast. But I regret saying things every week – and Chris puts me on the naughty step.
“He says, ‘I can’t believe you would say that Mandy’.”
Amanda has previously openly discussed the couple’s sex life and once let slip they get intimate on the sofa whilst watching box sets.
Another time, Amanda told viewers she has a “magic box” of sex toys while hosting ITV’s Lorraine.
However, the mother-of-two claimed she can’t help her “big gob” as it runs in her family.
She said: “My mum is very similar… and my gran. We are very gobby.”
Her confession comes after her co-star Simon Cowell claimed Amanda has been lying about her age.
The music mogul suggested Amanda’s real age is actually 50-years-old.
In scenes which were aired on last night’s Britain’s Got More Talent, Simon jokingly threw the blonde beauty a 50th birthday party during the auditions stages of the show.
Amanda was furious to see her fellow judges Simon, Amanda Dixon and David Walliams had put up 50th birthday banners alongside a huge balloon.
After spotting the decorations, Amanda exclaimed: “Oh my god, I’m only 47!”
But Simon joked: ”I think we all know, in the entertainment business we have what we call the ‘work age’ and then we have the real age.”
Meanwhile, on last night’s Britain’s Got Talent, Amanda became extremely emotional after watching a father-and-son performance during the auditions.
Contestants, Jack, 12, and his father Tim, 43, left Amanda a “mess” after they took to the stage to showcase their singing talents.
Their act also had a huge effect on Simon Cowell who made them his Golden Buzzer act, which sent them straight through to the semi-finals.
Amanda Holden then said: “I was a mess throughout the whole thing! It was an amazing golden buzzer.”
Britain’s Got Talent continues next Saturday on ITV at 8pm.
