Despite have four bedrooms, the property is only £55,000 – far before the average house price in the UK.

What is more, the property is by the sea, which is likely to make it popular with many.

The home is in Leven, Fife. Leven has its own beach, woodlands and a qualifying golf course for the Open Championship.
