Kate Middleton covers pregnant bump in green coat on Sunderland outing | Style | Life & Style

  • Kate Middleton, 36, who is pregnant with her third child, stepped out in Sunderland,  joined by husband Prince William, 35.
  • She wore a military style dark green coat for the occasion, paired with black gloves and high heeled black courts from Tods.
  • She also wore black tights to cover her legs in the chilly temperatures as she greeted the crowd.

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for an outing in Sunderland today, For the event, she wore a forest green military style coat which covered her baby bump.

Her stylish coat was covered in silver buttons which elongated her body and detracted from her bump.

She paired the knee length coat with black tights and black suede Tods pumps with high block heel.

She also carried a black clutch in one hand, and wore black gloves.

The Duchess of Cambridge had her long bob perfectly blowdried for the occasion.

Her face was glowing and lightly tanned, and her eyes shaded with dark eyeshadow.

In her ears she wore diamond drop-style earrings, which flattered her defined jawline.

This is the second time she has chosen to wear green in the past week, after Kate’s green BAFTAs dress last Sunday.

The shade flatters the Duchess’ green eyes and her olive skin, while looking winter appropriate in the cold weather.

Later on, Kate took off her coat to reveal a blue, black and white flecked patterned dress which fell to just above her knees.

The Fire Station art centre, where the royal couple visited, is a former fire station turned centre for creativity in Sunderland.

They met local children at the venue, and the engineers who brought the project to life.

Earlier this week, Kate hosted a Commonwealth Fashion Exchange reception at Buckingham Palace.

Kate Middleton’s Erdem dress for the occasion flattered her pregnant figure, with elbow length sleeves and a V-neck front.
